Tuesday we cooked steaks, asparagus and J.R.'s mom's recipes for monkey bread and "yummy potatoes." Jesse and Holly joined us with their adorable son, Lucas, who's pictures have graced this blog many times. It doesn't take long to fall in love with this little man's smile!
Thursday night was baby central at the Dokos house. Holly brought Lucas again, and Triena joined us with Mason. Both ladies' husbands were working out in the field (J.R. and their husbands all work for EXCO), so we had them over for some pork tenderloin, corn on the cob, baked beans and salad. It was neat seeing the two babies together. Both are such easy kids, and it's hard not to smile when these cuties yawn or even smile back at you! No, I don't have baby fever.....yet!:)

Jen! I love this blog and I loved both meals that you cooked! Yummy! Please catch the baby fever soon! Lucas wants his girlfriend Jillian/Camryn/forgot the last one here soon! BTW...you are a very good writer girlfriend!!!
ReplyDeleteJennifer - If you truly loved your Florida Aunt Susan, you'd get her one of these!!!:) Great pics on last two entries. Love you!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to know I'm not the only wife that can't cook. Phew! Thanks for sharing that. I feel a lot better now!
ReplyDeleteHol, glad you liked that food. I will work on the GF for Lucas, although he might be taken by the time she gets here. He's pretty cute in his Steelers gear. Aunt Susan, for the moment I am just living vicariously through my friends' kids, but someday:). I miss and love you! Feels like we haven't talked in forever! Kristen, cooking is definitely overrated in my opinion! Too bad for J.R. and Chris, lol!:)
